QRA is the trading brand of Quina Ribeiro, Lda for AI automation services for SMEs.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you disagree with any part of them, you must not use the site.
Permitted use
- This site is intended to inform about QRA services and enable commercial contact.
- Total or partial reproduction of any content without express written permission is forbidden.
- Any unauthorised commercial use of the content is forbidden.
- You must not use the site for illegal, fraudulent purposes or in any way that may damage, overload or compromise its operation.
- Large-scale automated extraction (scraping, unauthorised crawling) without written consent is forbidden.

All content on this site — text, images, illustrations from the Coleção Editorial and Coleção Isométrica, logos, marks, graphic design, source code and other materials — is the property of Quina Ribeiro, Lda or its licensors, and is protected by Portuguese and European Union copyright, trade mark and intellectual property law.
No rights are transferred by the mere fact of visiting the site. Any use beyond personal viewing requires prior written authorisation from Quina Ribeiro, Lda.
Forms and tools
By filling in forms (calculator, quiz) or booking sessions (AI Radar via TidyCal) you warrant that the data provided is true, current and that you are entitled to share it. QRA reserves the right to refuse service to manifestly false, offensive or fraudulent requests.
Results presented by the site’s tools — in particular the AI Calculator estimate — are illustrative, based on the answers given and average assumptions. They do not constitute a guarantee of outcome nor replace a bespoke analysis of your operation.
Links to external sites
The site contains links to external services (for example, TidyCal for bookings, social networks). QRA is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these third-party sites. Their use is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". QRA makes reasonable efforts to keep the content correct and up to date but does not warrant that it is free of errors, omissions or technical interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from the use or inability to use the site.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site will be submitted, with express waiver of any other, to the courts of Torres Vedras, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights recognised by law.
