We build systems tailored to your SMB that run on their own. No technical team, no extra tool to manage.
Most of these processes can already be automated. The question is where to start.
Every message is read, classified and answered — or routed to the right person — without anyone opening the inbox.
The AI Radar identifies the processes with the biggest impact in your case.
There are no steps to climb. Every company starts where it makes sense.
A free 30-minute diagnosis. We identify the 3 processes with the biggest immediate impact on your business.
A 6-12 month roadmap with an ROI estimate — for those who want the full plan before moving forward.
We implement the prioritised automations, agents and integrations. No technical team needed on your side.
Monthly support to keep everything running and improving as the business grows.
The diagnosis is free and we always state the price clearly before moving forward. Every company starts where it makes sense.
30-min diagnosis, 3 quick wins and an honest recommendation of the next step.
Half a day + a report with a 6–12 month roadmap and ROI estimate. Deducted if you move to implementation.
Implementation of the roadmap’s automations, agents and integrations.
Co-pilot (we guide, you implement) or Pilot (we ship one delivery per month).
That’s common. The diagnosis exists precisely to understand what went wrong and define the right approach, with nothing wasted.
ChatGPT is a tool. We build the system around it — one that runs on its own, without someone copying prompts every day.
That’s exactly why QRA does the implementing. The diagnosis takes 30 minutes; the execution is on us.
The diagnosis is free. Beyond that, it depends on what makes sense, and we always say so clearly before moving forward.
The first quick wins are usually up and running in weeks, not months.
No. What we build is yours, and documented. Ongoing support even has a mode — Co-pilot — where we guide and your team implements, precisely for those who want to become self-sufficient. People who stay with us stay because they want to, not because they can’t leave.
Yes. QRA is built for SMBs — no six-month projects, no jargon. We start with what pays off quickly, at the scale of your business.
Yes. We work with real estate (answering and following up on viewing requests), healthcare (bookings, confirmations and reminders that cut no-shows), professional services (email triage and monthly reports), e-commerce (support, tracking and product descriptions) and SMBs in general — any repetitive process that currently eats up your team’s day.
In most cases yes — invoicing, CRM, email, spreadsheets, scheduling. In the AI Radar we look at your specific tools; if one of them won’t work, we say so upfront rather than letting you find out halfway through.
Only what is genuinely needed, and agreed with you before we build anything. Some processes run without any sensitive data leaving where it already sits — in the AI Radar we tell you what your specific case requires, concretely, not in theory.
Where a mistake is expensive, nothing runs unattended. That’s why replies to clients go out in your voice and approved by you: the automation drafts, your team confirms before anything is sent.
No. It’s meant to give them back the hours currently lost to copying, pasting and forwarding. The goal is for the team to finally do the work that keeps getting postponed — not for there to be fewer of them.
